Project Description
Masterplanning and detail design for the multi-million pound Middleton Retirement Village on the site of the former Pontins Holiday Camp near Lancaster. Detail planning consent was achieved for the UK's biggest retirement village comprising 650 units, a hotel, spa, leisure facilities, shops, care home and village medical centre. Residential units included apartments and bungalows.
